The very word Diet to me signifies a short-term outcome or a short term goal. This word could be viewed subconsciously as a negative in your daily life also. I don’t desire you to diet or restrict yourself. What you do need to do is understand the food you eat. Eat for the good reasons of health and longevity, not only for enjoyment or avoidance of pain. When you understand the food you take in you shall never have to diet again. You can still eat the foods you wish sometimes but with part control and in stability. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables more often after that ice cream and candy. Drink drinking water more then soda and alcoholic beverages often.
